The Sr Technology Analyst Helps Southwest Deliver On Our Mission As They Require Analysis To Create Effective Solutions In Our Customer Service Provider. Provides Consulting Projects, Products, And Analytics Resources For Southwest's Salesforce Customer Use Cases. This Role And Team Will Work With Customer Support &Amp; Services (CS&Amp;S), Customer Experience &Amp; Engagement, Digital, And Various Technology Partner Teams To Drive Initiatives That Impact Internal And External Customers.

This SR Analyst Corresponds To The Requirements According To Which The Solution Is Specified And Complies With The Department's Standard. They Will Manage Their Activities To Provide Solutions Over Time And The Budget By Volunteering With Resources To Ensure Effective Communication With Customers And The Main Stakeholders. This Role Is Offered In A Remote Office Format Which May Require Travel For Training, Meetings, Conferences, Etc. Aside From Mandatory Visits, Most Of Your Working Time Will Be Spent In Locations Away From The Company Campus. Please Note That Even Though This Is A Remote Location, There Are Some States Or Local Groups Where Employees Cannot Work Offsite Regularly.
