• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Strong ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
