Your Responsibilities
As Business Transformation Acceleration Lead (Remote) you will play a key role in ensuring we achieve our 2030 Leap Ambitions by partnering with product teams to accelerate our Solutions as a Service plans. This is a new role that will consolidate best practices in accelerating the development of SaaS products and services and provide strategic clarity and guidance in our transformation journey. In doing so this role will support the evolution of key parts of our business from an up-front, one-time purchase model to one in which cutting-edge technologies and services are sold with a recurring, renewable-license model. The SaaS model will help customers by lowering upfront costs, allowing them to pay for only what their operation needs, and ensuring our products continue to add value over time.
- Identify & prioritize SaaS growth and acceleration opportunities.
- Consolidate SaaS acceleration best practices.
- Provide continuous coaching and support (in some cases lead) SaaS acceleration efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem.
- Partner with product teams to define initial SaaS product strategies by defining products at the intersection of customer needs, technical feasibility, & business needs.
- Assist early SaaS development efforts in the prioritization of de-risking activities in the discovery phases of customer and technology feasibility work.
- Create initial view of SaaS ecosystem economics for each product detailing how the customer value creation is shared between the customer, dealer, and Deere.
- Partner with the Business Transformation Finance team to create and maintain a plan, with cushion, to accomplish our 2030 Leap Ambitions.

What Skills You Need
- 5 or more years of product management experience for technology-driven products.
- Demonstrated ability to identify product opportunities at the intersection of customer needs, business needs, and technical feasibility.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and make decisions from complex data and qualitative observations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels.
- Strong independent judgement, problem solving skills, and ability to make timely decisions in the best interests of the customer and the company.
