What Youll be Doing
You are a seasons telephony engineer with 20+ years of experience delighting government clients with supporting their business needs through a variety of products, tools and skills.
You’ll report to Vice President Technology Strategy, Public Sector
During a Typical Day, Youll
- Drive design and implementation of new Cisco and Genesys contact center engagements in support of local, state and federal government agencies.
- Work collaboratively with client teams and project managers to drive efficienciec in contact center operations through automation and technical capabilities.
- Ensure technical designes are compliant with security regulations to include MARS-E, FedRAMP, PCI, SOC
- Guide strategic planning for future growth
- Interface with client executives to drive program deliverables and business enhancements.
What You Bring to the Role
- 15+ years in technical telecommunications and contact center implementations
- 5+ years experience in government compliance management
- 10+ years telephony integration design and implementation work
- 5+ years in report development
- 5+ years database management

The anticipated range is $86,000 – $148,000 USD. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
