The Market Leader Is Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Which Specializes In Real Estate Investments. The Lease Accounting Team Is Responsible For Accounting And Financial Reporting For Real Estate, Assets And Leases. The Team Is Responsible For All Closing Activities And Preparing All F/S Statements. In Addition, The Team Ensures That All Real Estate (CRE) Services Are Paid On Time And Performs All Financial Accounting For CRE Properties.

<strong>Work </strong>
<ul>
<li>Led a Team Of 5 People Responsible For Ensuring Compliance With Accounting Standards Related To Real Estate Leases, Asset Leases, And Consolidated Leases, Such As ASC 842 Or IFRS.</li>
<li>Responsible For The Preparation And Review Of Loan Book Entries For Global Transactions, Including Collections And Adjustments.</li>
<li>Prepare Account Balances And Explanations Of The Reasons For Changes Associated With Lease Accounts And Quarterly Closings, As Well As 10Q/K ASC 842 Reports.</li>
<li>Led the Quarterly SOX Audit Team To Ensure The Accuracy And Completeness Of All Real Estate, Asset, And Loan Transactions.</li>
<li>Lead A 3 3-person team Responsible For Paying All Real Estate Operating Expenses (REO).</li>
<li>Manage The Company's Quarterly CRE Coverage, Including Totals, Margins, Exposure F/S, Reasons For Change Analysis And Volatility.</li>
<li>Improve Efficiency Through Continuous Monitoring And Improvement Of Existing Processes And Maintain An Up-To-Date Understanding Of Any Changes In Loan Accounting Standards.</li>
<li>Contributor To Various Projects Including Tririga (Lease Management/Accounting Software) Changes, S4/Hana Implementation, And Other Corporate Initiatives.</li>
<li>Manage, Coach, And Develop The Team By Fostering A Collaborative And Efficient Work Environment.</li>
<li>Work Closely With Various Teams, Including Finance, Real Estate, Lease Administration, And Legal, To Understand The Meaning Of Accounting Records And Resolve Any Accounting Issues Or Complaints.</li>

<strong> Basic Qualifications </strong>

<li>1-4 Years Of Relevant Experience In Accounting; Minimum Of 3 Years Of Accounting Experience And 2 Years Of Management Experience</li>
