<strong>About The Role
</strong>We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to become a valuable part of our team. As a Virtual Assistant with us, you'll play a crucial role in managing a wide range of tasks, from maintaining schedules to handling customer inquiries. If you're an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
<strong>Key Responsibilities
</strong>Develop and maintain various communication materials, including boardroom presentations, media release templates, newsletters, email templates, social media posts, video scripts, company brochures, press releases, reporting documents, and media kits.

<li>Promote our company and products through social networking.</li>
<li>Create and manage online applications for events, contests, and giveaways.</li>
<li>Coordinate company events.</li>
<li>Manage the company's business calendar.</li>
<li>Monitor company performance.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain websites and online banner advertisements.</li>
<li>Handle online inquiries and customer service.</li>
<li>Process online orders.</li>
<li>Submit online customer orders.</li>
<li>Create and maintain content for the company website.</li>
<li>Manage the company's online e-store.
<strong>Qualifications
</strong></li>
<li>Computer literacy.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>A diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, marketing, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.</li>
