Location: Remote with limited travel to Carmel, Indiana.

What You Will Be Doing:
Help us define and build our platform of the future based on API First and Cloud First best practices.
Be a collaborative member of an autonomous cross-functional team to define, build, test, and deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions.
Senior technical resource engaged with product management and the business.
Contribute to the architecture and design of our products.
Identifying problems and opportunities and championing the development of innovative solutions.
Developing high quality code using clean code practices, and automated testing.
Drive technology innovation, standards, and best practices.
Be a team player and set a good personal example of positive attitude and performance.
Participate in all related Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) program increment and sprint related events.
Mentor other team members in best practices, providing guidance for implementation strategies.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Critical Thinking and First Principle Thinking abilities.
Working experience in Cloud First (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Proven ability to deliver high quality enterprise solutions.
Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.
Experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless and Cloud Computing, OO language fluency, database fluency.
Experience in agile software development processes.
Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of architectural patterns and Clean Code principles
Amazon AWS architecture (API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Lambda, Relational Database Service)
TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless and Cloud Computing, OO language fluency (java, C#)
Test Automation and Behavior Driven Development
Azure DevOps for work management and CI/CD
GitHub for source control management
Great communicator and principled in building Rugged Software
Education:
Minimum of 5 years experience in functional area
Bachelor’s degree preferred
