Responsibilities for Member Program Coordinator:
Develop member programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Provide assistance and guidance to members
Handle customer service inquiries and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records and databases
Monitor program performance and implement improvements
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program operations
Facilitate and coordinate member meetings
Monitor and analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
Handle program logistics, such as scheduling, budgeting, and ordering supplies
Develop and implement procedures to ensure program compliance with regulations
Participate in industry conferences and meetings
Generate reports to track program progress and results
