Job description: George Fox University announces a part-time, adjunct instructor position in Adult Degree Programs (ADP) teaching adult learners in our Healthcare Administration major. ADP offers degree completion courses in an asynchronous accelerated format online.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare a syllabus, Canvas course site, and weekly instruction (all classes have an approved textbook and established learning outcomes, and sample syllabi are provided).
- Instruct and guide students in an efficient and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of student work and attendance.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Grade and return student work within one week of submission.
- Counsel students as needed on their performance and progress in the course.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related degree required; terminal degree preferred.
- Working experience in relevant field required.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching preferred.
- Experience in teaching online through a Learning Management System preferred.
- Commitment to working with a diverse population required; demonstrated experience in this area preferred.
