Our company is in search of a Success Coach to help our team members attain their professional goals. As a calm critical thinker able to manage competing priorities, you will take pride in your work, enable your team, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in performing your duties.
Being a well-rounded leader with a can do, hands-on attitude, you communicate and work effectively with everyone in the business. You should plan, develop, and implement business strategies to assist team members in fulfilling their business milestones. You will advise team members on methods to identify profitable opportunities and potential threats.
You are a good listener and can maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information. Apart from offering professional guidance, you should also maintain a detailed report of team member sessions and action update progress reports regularly.
Your familiarity with various motivational techniques is vital for this job role. Also, you should be able to upgrade your skills based on client feedback. You should encourage and motivate clients to actively participate in the introductory and follow-up sessions.

Responsibilities
Promoting a more balanced life or fruitful career through frequent meetings, continuous encouragement, and objective support.
Gauging team members’ requirements and how coaching might best address these.
Meeting with team members one-on-one, over the phone or via video chat to discuss events and progress since their last appointment.
Collaborating with team members on setting short- and long-term goals related to their personal lives and career.
Facilitating group coaching sessions online.
Delineating team members’ goals through ongoing discussions thereof.
Identifying internal and contextual roadblocks, and then devising plans to ameliorate these.
Providing team members with personality assessments to better tailor their coaching and allow team members to better understand themselves.
Helping team members analyze thoughts, emotions, reactions, and actions to find areas that they can better align with their goals.
Assisting team members in developing skills and qualities, such as communication, leadership, reliability, and confidence
Encouraging team members as they work toward goals, making progress and adjusting methods as needed.
Collaborating with team members to develop action plans that center on the actualization of their stated ambitions.
Evaluating team members advancement toward goal actualization.
Encouraging continued and sustainable progress.
Teaching useful emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
Analyzing the Teams performance data, trends in industry sectors, and other information related to a teams performance to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social development, or similar.
Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, Training & Development Manager, or Training Manager.
Completion of an applicable advanced degree is urged.
Pertinent Coaching qualification ICF or similar.
Non-negotiable adherence to all pertinent ethical guidelines.
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels – Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to better understand team members business goals.
Exceptional management and instructional skills.
Ability to encourage introspection, connection, and ambition.
Outstanding verbal communication skills.

The focus of the role is the growth, training, and development of your own team. Once team members have been trained in our bespoke systems you will nurture them and have weekly reviews to monitor their progress and identify any training needs.
Additional relationships will be with the community through attendance and participation in weekly live training calls, professional marketing training, online live streams, and live events.
