About Blueprint Schools Network (“Blueprint”)

Founded in 2010, Blueprint Schools Network is a national nonprofit organization that promotes educational equity and improves life outcomes for students by operating the Blueprint Math Fellows Program. The Math Fellows Program is an intensive, daily, in-school tutoring program that provides additional academic support for students in our partner schools. We seek to build students’’ math skills and confidence so that they achieve academic success and enjoy learning math! Our programs are designed to fit the needs of each school; while many schools opt for our in-person small-group core model, others choose a hybrid or remote program model.

Blueprint is currently partnering with public school districts and charter school networks in Oakland (CA), Denver Metro Area – Commerce City (CO), Pueblo (CO), East Saint Louis (IL), Nashville (TN), Baltimore (MD), and Washington, DC.

About the Blueprint Math Fellows Program

The Blueprint Math Fellows Program provides intensive, small group math tutoring to students as part of their regular school day and/or after school. Tutorial sessions address gaps in foundational mathematics knowledge and promote each student’s ability to problem solve, think critically, and access grade-level coursework. Tutorial groups are small and personalized. Each tutor, known as a “Math Fellow,” leads tutorial sessions that are 30-60 minutes long, highly structured, and research based. The Math Fellows Program provides each student with an additional opportunity to understand and master math concepts every day of the school year.

The Math Fellows Program has also become an innovative teacher pipeline. Approximately one out of every four Fellows becomes a full-time teacher, often in the schools where they served as Fellows.
