In this role, you’ll assist customers by answering their… inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information through email, live chat, and social media channels. You’ll focus mainly on helping existing customers with after-sales service, such as returns and reordering, ensuring they receive timely and accurate assistance.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, and social media.
Offering clear, concise, and empathetic support to enhance customer experience.
Quickly resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
Requirements:

Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
Basic English writing skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely.
Available to work at least 5 hours per week.
