What you will do:

As our SAP Lead Business Deployment Analyst, Direct Procurement, you will partner with Business Process Owners and Business Process Implementation Leads to support Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies with implementation of the supply chain processes. Supports the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through execution of deployment activities including testing, training, data conversion, cut over and hyper care within the supply chain function. Assists with other Workstream needs through all aspects of the program to achieve deployment milestones.

Supports timely completion of deployment activities within Procurement inclusive of the ecosystem application landscape.

Understand their business process in scope of the end-to-end process and collaborates across process areas to ensure end-to-end solution adoption.

Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes.

Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities

Supports activities to enable rapid decisions making and the resolutions of risks, issues and key decisions.

Participates in process workshops, supporting the Global Process leads, End to End leads and/or Business Process Leads.

Coordinates with business enablement team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables.

Supports business SME’s with execution of data cleansing, data migration and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise supply chain master and transactional data including material master, purchase info record, source list and purchase orders

Support the creation and delivery of training content.

Responsible for coordination of key testing activities including test scenario scoping, test script approvals, test data readiness, and test execution.

Responsible for supporting hyper care activities post business go-live.

What you need:

BS, BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent required.

Masters in in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent is a plus.

Minimum 4+ years of industry experience in direct procurement / supply chain processes

Prior experience with SAP is strongly preferred.

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies

Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications

$73,100 – $135,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
