The Video Platform Engineer Ensures That The Content Is Uploaded On Time And Published As Per The Schedule, Making It Appear On Various Platforms On The Hotstar App. It Also Assists The Content Operations Team In Activities Related To Content Management. The Streaming Platform Offers Customers A Superior Viewing Experience Using A Variety Of Supported Devices Across Multiple Platforms.

<li>You Will Be The Operational Manager Of The Department And Will Work Independently Of The Department.</li>
<li>You Must Follow Best Practices, Define Best Practices For Your Team, And Ensure They Are Adopted.</li>
<li>You Will Apply Technical Knowledge To The Field In Your Field, Know How The Surrounding Systems Work, And Use Them To Solve Complex, Large-Scale Problems.</li>
<li>You Have To Build HLD, LLD Includes Many Systems</li>

<strong> Skills And Attributes For Success </strong>
<ul>
<li>Expertise In Python / Golang</li>
<li>Prior Experience Building Large Distributed Systems.</li>
<li>Experience Designing And Building Large Scale Microservices</li>
<li>Especially With Code-Type Tools Like Github</li>
<li>Prior Experience In Choosing A Database And Expertise In Any Of The RDBMS And Nosql Database Architectures Such As Mysql, Mongodb, and Redis.</li>
<li>Prior Experience Building Asynchronous Systems Using Kafka/Message Brokers.</li>
<li>Excellent Troubleshooting Skills. Experience With CI/CD Tools Like Harness/Gocd</li>
<li>Experience In Setting Up And Leading Microservices3 Testing Components To Monitor And Diagnose System Issues.</li>

<strong>Education And Experience Preferred </strong>

<li>Tech/BE/Master.</li>
