The role is an integral part of the Global HR team and will support the design and execution of executive rewards programs and policies to attract, retain, and engage our leadership talent. This is a varied and independent role, which will rely on the job holder using a combination of organizational/logistical, stakeholder management and communication skills to support the Global HR team to become a best-in-class center of excellence.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Keeps up to date with executive compensation trends and provides recommendations to compensation structure, base pay, cash incentives, annual and long-term cash incentive plan design, and equity award guidelines. * Prepare proxy related materials including draft tables for the Proxy Statement and UK Directors Remuneration Report; Equity Plan activities calendar; draft resolutions and grant/release documentation.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration, of the Executive Short Term and Long-Term incentive plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of compensation communications to the executives.
  • Develop executive compensation learning materials and participate in delivery of related training sessions to HR, the broader COE and senior leadership.
  • Oversee the design and administration of the equity compensation plan and manage the annual equity grant/release process in close partnership with the Analyst Equity Plans, the GHR compensation team and other stakeholders.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Senior Leaders and provide consultative advice compensation strategy and policy and guideline interpretation.
  • Review plan documents, considering regulatory/legislative changes and work with internal counsel, finance and tax on plan interpretations and recommend changes, if warranted.
  • Manage preparation and filing of regulatory matters such as UK Form 42, Companies House filings, country filings related to equity grant/release activity, UK non-Executive Director tax elections, UK Block Listing applications and ad hoc reporting.
  • Review plan documents, considering regulatory/legislative changes and work with internal counsel, finance and tax on plan interpretations and recommend changes, if warranted.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree a Plus
  • Discipline/Major: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, HR or other discipline related to the position.
  • Required Years and Area of Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in Finance, HR, or other discipline related to the position.
  • Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Other Requirements: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate sound judgement, advanced analytic skills, effective problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain effective work relationships.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.

The range for this role’s base salary is $100,000 – $1605,000. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
