As The UX Director Of Design Operations, You Will Serve A Team Of Design Program Managers Responsible For Organizing And Optimizing The People, Processes And Practices Required To Improve UX In The Target Company. As The Leader Of Our Emerging UX Designops Team, You Will Leverage Your Leadership And Project Management Skills To Support And Develop Best Practices For Our UX Team And How We Work Together, How We Work And How Our Work Creates Impact. About You:
4+ Years Of Design Program Management And Operational Experience Of In-House Or Corporate Product Development Teams.
3+ Years Of People Management Experience With A Proven Track Record Of Recruiting, Leading, And Training High-Level, Regional, Or Remote Teams. Target Jobs Remote Director
Experience Working In A Complex, Matrix, Global, Or Multinational Environment.
Identify And Solve Problems That May Prevent The Group From Achieving Its Strategic, Business, Or Financial Goals.
Visual, Verbal, And Written Skills That Leverage Data Have The Potential To Bring Partners.
