Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR Director to understand current staffing needs and facilitate the hiring process.
Manage the initial phase of the recruitment cycle from identifying strong/suitable candidates for each open role, scheduling initial screening interviews, recording each interview and its respective notes, and proactively presenting to the HR Director.
Create and maintain an organized visual pipeline for all open positions at all times, keeping records and notes up to date.
Act as the liaison between the HR Director and active candidates accordingly.
Other miscellaneous HR-related tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
– Minimum 2 years of experience with recruiting.
– Strong knowledge of best Human Resources/recruiting practices.
– Proficient in note-taking, data entry, and maintaining accurate, up to date records
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
– Detail-orientedness with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
– Ability to sell, portray, and represent our company in a professional and desirable manner for top tier talent
