Position: Work from Home Customer Support Representative
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing comprehensive support. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Prior customer service experience preferred
? Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
? Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
? Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
? Flexible schedule, as evening, weekend, and overnight shifts may be required
