Job Description
I’m seeking a talented and creative virtual assistant with strong project management skills to help manage a team of freelancers for my new venture focused on all-natural wellness and self-care products.
You dont need to be an expert in everything listed; we can outsource tasks as needed. Your main responsibility will be managing these projects and ensuring timely, high-quality results… Therefore, you should be familiar and comfortable enough with these skills, in order to ensure high quality results, as well as appropriate pay for each project.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and manage freelancers for specific tasks where you may not have expertise.
Oversee projects in areas such as:
Web design, development & copy
Branding (visuals and messaging)
Blog writing, copy & scheduling
Social media management/marketing
Email marketing campaigns
Hiring and managing freelancers to ensure timely and quality task completion
Excellent communication skills for prompt correspondence with freelancers
Budgeting and financial tracking, with a focus on smart spending without compromising quality (potential bonuses for savvy management)
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills, delegation skills, and project management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident and proactive in taking initiatives without needing constant direction
A self-starter who brings ideas and suggestions to the table.
Experience with online businesses, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
