Position: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive HR innovation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
